CONTACT CENTRE TRAINER (Rayleigh, Essex)

Do you have experience of working within a contact and call centre environment Are you a qualified trainer, assessor or looking for a career in this field If you are then you are probably well suited to this role. IT TRAINER/TUTOR (Rayleigh, Essex)

An experienced IT trainer is required to lead and monitor groups of learners involved in learning core IT professional skills, such as knowledge of hardware and software, networking, tools and equipment to level 3 standard. Previous experience of working in an IT environment is essential and training experience would be desirable although training can be given. Applicants will require a firm but friendly approach to young people and show a desire to help learners to succeed. Duties will include working with and supporting young people through apprenticeship programmes, assisting them with their learning. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Some basic knowledge of IT is preferable.
