Learning Centre

Our Rayleigh business centre boasts the latest I.T. equipment and accommodates twenty-eight learners. Further investment means that our centre will shortly be greatly improved by the addition of a second Learning suite, adding thirty more work stations. On-line learning is supported by a system employing 4Mb Broadband feed which means quick and reliable access to the internet. DB Training will always welcome learners with special needs. Our centre is all on one level ensuring that we can offer safe and easy access to the learning areas. We are equipped to work with learners with hearing and sight issues.

Our refurbishment and expansion plans for 2007 include an induction loop hearing assistance system. High resolution flat screen monitors mean we can help those with reduced vision to work comfortably. I.T. is an industry that lends itself well to those with disabilities. We feel we can have a positive impact on their abilities and are keen to see our learners find appropriate and sustainable employment through training.

Training Rooms For Hire

DB Training offers a choice of professional facilities providing well-equipped and competitively-priced computer training rooms, for short-term hire.

We have three, fully-equipped Training Rooms for hire. All computers have broadband Internet access. Each Room has a Printer, White Board, Video Projector or OHP & Flipchart.

A video or still digital camera is available, as is a VCR & TV for playback.

I.T. Supplies & Services

Our parent company, Dr Byte (UK) Ltd. offer a full range of components, software, hardware an peripheral items and support services from our retail outlet. Learners registered with DB Training can benefit from a 'privilege price' structure whilst they are actively learning with us.
